About the Role
• Monitoring and actioning of alarms or signal received
• Updating the portal with remarks with information from the clients in response to the alarms received
• Must be a quick decision maker and take accountability
• Accurate data capturing
• Knowledge of geographic regions and ability to follow google maps
• Be able to handle customers
• Dispatch recovery team when required
• Record incidents and generate incident report/s for submission
• Update the OB book accordingly
• Recognize sensitive information and keep it confidential
• Observe all protocols in place
• Recording and capturing information on teams and skynamo.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Matric certificate with relevant experience.
Good Customer Service
Computer literacy
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Valid PSIRA Certificate
